We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you place an order with us, you provide us with the right to register, process, and archive the personal data (such as your name, email address, telephone number, and shipping address) that is necessary to be able to fulfil your order. Your personal information is stored by us for five years after the end of the year of purchase, after which the information is deleted. This is required by the Bookkeeping Act. Shipping Policy
We are committed to ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your purchased products. The products are shipped using FedEx, DHL or Postnord. In the event of any delay, damage, nondelivery, or misdelivery during shipping, we will file compensation claims with the shipping partners within 20 calendar days of the delivery date. Claims will be resolved based on the merits of the investigation conducted by the shipping partners. Hejhej selection cannot be held responsible for delays or damages resulting from the use of shipping services by these partners. Please retain the merchandise and all original packaging,
including cartons and contents, until the claim
resolution process is complete. It may be necessary
to provide the packaging to the shipping partners for
inspection.
Shipping fees are subject to adjustment every six months, as per our agreements with our shipping partners. We reserves the right to change the fees without prior notice. Additionally, you are responsible for contacting your local customs office regarding any questions about customs duties associated with delivered products.
Consignments that are not picked up and are therefore returned to us will only be resent upon payment of the extra shipping costs by you. Hejhej selection cannot be held liable for any changes made by you and shall not be responsible for payment in the event that you mistakenly provide incorrect personal information for delivery. We would appreciate your attention to ensuring that the personal information provided is correct.
Return Policy
While we value your satisfaction with our services, we do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased by you will meet your expectations. If you wish to return a product, please notify us at hej@hejhej-selection.com within 5 days of its arrival at the local destination. Please take note of the following terms:
We will facilitate the return process by arranging a Fedex door-to-door collection, with the return fee to Denmark being covered by you. Additionally, please note that you won't receive a refund for the amount you paid for shipping the item to you initially. While you are welcome to use your own cartons for the return shipment, the product packaging must remain in its original condition and the goods must not have been used. You're also welcome to place the return item back into its original shipping packaging and remove any old tags or labels.
Refunds for returned items will be issued within 14 days upon receipt, provided the items are in their original condition.
Terms Updates
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes in our practices. By continuing to use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
